I bought a bike from Source to use on the local pump track. I received great advice before the purchase, and the questions I had post-purchase were deal with in a friendly and professional manner. The bike arrived (after travelling across the continent) in perfect condition, just like riding it out of the shop. I can only say good things about my experience with Source, and highly recommend them. Huge selection, great advice and good prices - what more do you need.
Ordering was easy. Contact by emails was quick. Ordered some pegs which were actually not in stock anymore but they handled it well and in no time we got other pegs after my son's choice. He is happy. Kids like the stickers that come with products :)

I bought a pair of shoes online and I got the wrong size. After exchanging a few emails with the costumer services manager from Source BMX (Joe Bolourian) we managed to find solution and he was really helpful and understanding about the whole situation. Although my first experience with Source BMX was not the best, they managed to make it up for me. It's good to know that there are companies that actually look after their costumers and future ones as well.
