I want to return the unopened box of equipment as doing the math, Spectrum costs more once I got the detailed info in an email. I just wanted the hours for the store to make the return, but their ducking computer only wanted to send me a link for location. I don't have a smart phone! I will try again and make them pick it up. They can eat a bag of ducks.

Worst service I have ever had with a cable company. Nothing wrong with the employees specifically at this store its just the company as a whole. I have been trying to return a modem because one of their solicitors would not leave my home trying to sell me there "new" internet package. I reluctantly agreed just to get them off my property. Once I received the package I went to this location and they said I had to return at UPS then UPS tells me it has to be returned at the UPS in grand island. They refused to accept the modem at spectrum because of covid, but this company is sending their employees to peoples homes during covid.. This company is such a headache to deal with, if you value service take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst, and rudest customer service I've ever experienced anywhere, I'm not talking about the Hastings NE office, I'm refering to the company as a whole!! Your extremly rude customer service, and failure to assume responsiblity for "brand new" faulty equiptment, while still billing me for it, has caused you to loose a customer of both mobile and internet service. Again, this is not the fault of the Hastings NE office, this is dirrected to the company as a whole. Do not do business with this crooked company!!
