Went to get a Uhaul. The guy working was very helpful..thank God cuz we were totally lost.

I had helped my mother with a truck rental, and the lady helping us seemed to be having a personal phone call that took her well over 5 minutes. She would not talk to people clearly waiting at a counter even though she was plainly visible, and even made eye contact with me. This made me feel disrespected, and made me not want to come back. But the rates were fair, the service (once we got it), was detailed and given efficiently while still being friendly. Overall this place has it's flaws, but is definetly a choice that i will keep in mind if I ever need to rent another truck.

No we had to rent a huge unit because no smaller ones available no discount on price.. And it just went up. Plus side is it is always clean. Very safe and secure. Needs more lights..but not opened after 10.
