Over several years I have visited physiotherapists, several deep tissue massage therapists and an acupuncturist, but my back pain remained. On recommendation I visited Spike. She immediately put me at ease with her calm manner and tailors her techniques to your specific problem. After 3 visits Spike cured my upper back pain. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

The best massages I ever had! Spike has mastered the art of massage and is an expert in treating mind and body holistically. I was lucky to benefit from her yoga fusion massage many times and also to have her as my teacher and mentor for the past year while I was studying yoga fusion massage with her. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge which reflects in her massages that are fueled with her nurturing touch and energy. In her hands I feel safe, can relax completely, and experience a deep sense of relief and bliss. And she is just such a calm, lovely and genuine person to be with. Spike is an amazing massage therapist and teacher. Her massages are fuelled by her nurturing energy and you will leave feeling completely relaxed and restored. Thai yoga massage is quite different to many of the other techniques we are perhaps more used to in the west. The lovely thing about Spike's style is that she will add oil work for the back, neck and shoulders. So if, like me you're tight in the back you get the best of both worlds! I'm totally blissed out from my Deep Tissue Massage from Spike. She understands my aches, pains and ailments and works with me and my body to relieve them. She gives great rational evidence-based advice on how to maintain a healthy body and maintain a healthy mental attitude towards pain. She is very skilled and professional and listens to what I say and notices how my body reacts. She and her place are both very calming and comforting. Spike is so friendly and warm and I am so super lucky to have her almost on my doorstep. If I could I would be there everyday - she makes me feel great and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

My first experience with Spikes services was for a Thai massage, which was amazing! She was extremely kind, welcoming and offers a comfortable and cozy environment. I recently had a knee injury prior to my massage. Spike is extremely knowledgeable on the practice and body anatomy making me feel even more comfortable going to her. I left feeling relaxed, yet energized! Shortly after meeting Spike I did my Thai Fusion Massage course with her. I could not be more pleased with all she was able to teach me. Spike is the best Thai masseuse I have ever met. I have had lots of treatments all over Thailand, and practice holistic massage myself - I am very fussy(!) and Spike really is the best. I felt instantly at ease in her presence and find her touch deeply soothing. Her treatments have such a profound impact on my body and mind, allowing me to really sink into myself and receive the benefits of the amazing bodywork.
