One of the best lunches I have ever had! Highly recommend the french toast and will definitely be back again! In fact so good, that we even went back to pick up some cake to take away!

Food was 10/10 Service 9/10 Hygiene 0/10 Cleanness 0/10 If I was scoring food it would be 5 but the kitchen was dirty... messy ... there were 4 girls working is a shame they can’t keep the kitchen where the food comes from clean and you can see all of it as if you need to use toilet you pass thru the kitchen ... toilet was not clean and I could see mice dropping on the floor .... keep it clean
Can this be the best cafe in Hastings? With vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options, completely unpretentious food with delicious flavours, great smoothies and friendly staff, yes it is. Yummy experience.
Stolling through Old Town and stopped for a couple of drinks at The Fig as they were closing down for the day. Really nice decaf coffee and a juice. We sat outside and people watched. The cakes looked great and it is nice inside with a pleasant decor. Staff were friendly and chatty. Good vibes.
Delicious food and good prices. Lovely and cool in the air con. Great selection of food and cakes. One of my favourite coffees. Friendly, trendy, clean and fast service. Great little cafe. Free flavoured water is a bonus. Eat in or take away. Very very good.
Have been super excited to try the fig over winter (they’ve been closed). But arrived today according to google opening times AND the opening times on their website and the place is closed and in darkness. The Fig in Rye seems to be well managed and cared for but this one is a little sad and forgotten. It’s a real shame because the menu looks great.
Lovely vegan and vegetarian options. Polite and friendly staff.
