We couldn't be more pleased with our Ekol wood burner, it's such a treat. Adam's enthusiasm for his work coupled with his extensive knowledge of local architecture ensured he was a pleasure to deal with. The Fire Shop team were all professional and friendly and had a refreshing 'can do' attitude. They even managed to squeeze in our installation 2 days before Christmas!

Very thorough, very kind, and very professional. Perfect install and I love my Hobbit stove - I was able to keep my Victorian tiles and surround and still have a great stove. Adam and the team did a superb job installing our Cortura woodburner. We are very pleased with the level of workmanship and attention to detail, they also installed a granite fire surround which frames the woodburner perfectly.

If you are looking for a local, knowledgeable and friendly company to instal your log burner then I can't recommend The Fire Shop highly enough. I recently moved to St Leonards On Sea and was super keen to get a log burner installed in my new home. I'll admit though that I new absolutely nothing with what was involved in achieving this. I did some research on local suppliers and got in touch with The Fire Shop. Felicity answered the phone and immediately answered my barrage of questions. What struck me from the beginning was the lack of any kind of 'hard sell'. I was simply talking to someone keen to share their knowledge. I decided to arrange a survey and that is when I first met Adam. I went from being keen to have a log burner to super excited! This was due to Adam's infectious enthusiasm regarding all things log burnery! I decided to go ahead and order. This is where Felicity really helped out, She made the entire process just really easy. She guided me through everything a beginner like me needed to know. The instal day was just impressive! Adam and his team turned up and within minutes of arriving had all my furniture covered up and started installing the chimney. It only took a day and by late afternoon the instal was complete and everything was clean and tidy. Then the fun began as Adam showed my how to light my new fire! It looks magnificent! I am one really happy customer and I can't speak more highly of this service.
