Appalling service from Station Practice. Can never get through on the telephone. Patient Access doesn't let you book appointments or send messages. Reception staff are ill informed. Impossible for me as a full time working mother to book an appointment or speak with my doctor - or in fact any doctor. Never felt so frustrated with a doctor's practice in my life. I was placed with this practice against my will as we moved house. Avoid at all costs if you can.

Phoned today after having problems ordering some repeat prescriptions on the Patient Access site and the receptionist could not have been kinder or more helpful. I was getting quite anxious about it as i needed the prescriptions for next week and the lady very kindly ordered them for me and also made an appointment for me to have a telephone appointment with a GP for today which i also required. Well done to the lady involved, i am sorry i did not ask your name and thank you so very much for your compassion. You are a credit to the surgery!

Bloody useless! Since they haven't been accepting appointments to see a doctor for over a year you would think the admin would have improved. It takes forever to get through on the phone. The online system is totally ineffective. Finally resorted to writing a letter and was given a phone appointment for a week later - no time given, I am supposed to hang around waiting for the call all day as my time is unimportant. Avoid!!

It's Monday 1st February 2021. I've called the practice twice this morning and both times my call was answered but automatically put on hold and listening to music and the occasional voice message for over 20 minutes each time. Both times the call automatically cut off at 20 minutes 40 seconds that's why I had to call a second time. I can't go into the surgery without an appointment and I can't get through to speak to someone, what am I supposed to do? I tried to write a review of this terrible service on the surgery website but even that isn't working properly, it's telling me my email isn't correct but it most definitely is. I'm at a loss, how am I supposed to make a GP appointment or at least speak to someone? I've added 2 screen shots so you can see how long I was on hold before I took them.

Been on hold to the doctors surgery this morning, after about 18 mins it hangs up, this continues to happen. Phoned yesterday to get blood results back, took multiple calls on hold for 20 minutes at a time, the receptionist told me I would receive a letter about one of my blood results as it isn't quite right. When I told her my symptoms had worsened she told me to call back in the morning, why is it so hard to speak to someone or get an appointment. I've tried their online system, but already all appointments are gone before 8.30am. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

I really don't understand all the negative reviews.The practice has been unfailingly helpful to me and given great service from the receptionists to the Doctors. If you are polite and respectful then you will have no problem, as in all aspects of life.

Excellent doctors but,with reception staff who act as a brick wall,it leaves patients constant struggling to get treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
