I used Thomas Cook to collect my holiday money today. The lady, Charlotte, who served me had served me in the past. She was efficient, polite and friendly, but not over familiar. I was very impressed with the customer service that I received.

I bought annual holiday insurance from Thomas Cook Travel in Hastings as I travel a great deal. On my last trip abroad I had to contact Thomas Cook urgently needing advice regarding my insurance, which I did by email requesting a response ASAP. I did not hear back from them at all .. which leaves me not wanting to use their services again. I have no confidence in a company that ignores a client's request for assistance after they have taken money for their service.
Went into to Thomas Cook to see if they have any cheap deals. The women in there was giving me dirty looks like she didn't want to help. She was so uninterested in what I was after and straight away said oh there's nothing cheaper than 300 even know she didn't bother looking at other places so how could she know. The impression I got was that she didn't want to be there or help me. Very bad customer service. Will never book a holiday with them.
We have used Thomas Cook in Hastings for years we have always found the staff to be friendly helpful and efficient . I would particularly like to thank Anne at Hastings Branch who has been so helpfull and lovely re our upcoming holiday.in August xx
4 of us booked a holiday on the Oasis of the seas for October through Thomas Cook, Thomas Cook in Hastings, despite many calls and inquiries, have failed spectacularly to inform or advice us of changes, information, seating, or about the Hotel, meals etc , this morning we received a message from Royal Caribbean telling us of the Zeca virus which is present in the Florida and Caribbean areas, we have not received any information from Thomas Cook in Hastings. We have not had any information about luggage or the Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, all the above information was gained from the internet and British Airways. In opposition to this we ( the same 4) booked a holiday in Turkey for 2017 in Maidstone, all flights baggage seating was booked at the time for all 4, without having to constantly ring the office, the visit to Maidstone was done in about half an Hour, they also made inquiries to our forth coming trip to the Caribbean. I found that the Hastings office were very "Off" and often unable to contact the store by telephone, as other offices have found, all in all a VERY poor service.
Absolutely appalling they gave me the wrong information which lead to me not having a holiday at all.
