Just had three bedrooms and full staircase fitted with new carpeting. I have to say what a beautiful job the fitters have done, they were really experienced people and they did the job professionally and we were hardly disrupted at all. Highly recommended. A good experience from beginning to the end and top quality carpet.

As helpful and polite as the customer service team were, I had to ring numerous times as the carpet kept coming up in one corner and my son and I kept being cut by gripper rod nails on the stairs that hadnt been put down properly. Each time I got told \someone will be coming to fix it\ strangely nobody ever turned up. And when I mentioned that they were baffled and rebooked. I gave up in the end and got another company to come and sort it.
