Making illegal exemption demands that are not only in violation of the discrimination act, but for documents that do not even exist! Management need to a) Not discriminate against customers without masks (the most effective way of doing this is to NOT ASK; we do not need to carry any proof or wear a lanyard as this further flags the issues we have to face every time we go anywhere), and b) Do at least two minutes of research before making a notice. No such documentation exists.

Love this place , often pop in for 1 thing and end up buying everything in sight!. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. One of my favourite places to visit in Hastings.
