I had what i would loosely call a conversation with the rudest woman I've ever met! Asked if my parcel was there (i was in but still had a 'not in' ticket) and i was met with a blunt 'no' didn't even check the ticket! When i stated that it had been an entire working day since my parcel was 'missed' i was told 'i dont have time to check because of people like you' not happy at all! People like this are dealing with our post! So hopefully this woman won't be there when i make ANOTHER attempt at picking up my parcel.

Always a wonderful experience and Kay is always welcoming and extremely helpful and knowledgeable highly recommend you use your local post office the experience is a whole lot more individual and you feel like a valued customer and an ole friend every time you pop in even if you haven't been there for a while ! X
Love my local Post Office and the very helpful and efficient lady who runs it.
