Been having my eyes looked after by them for 28 years!.glad to be a patient with them. Very friendly and warm environment. Staff always so helpful. My optician is very thorough and explains everything to me regarding my eyes . Glad I'm a patient here, happy to know my eyes are being looked after by people who genuinely care instead of being seen at a big chain optician's where your just a name on a bit of paper. Efficient service and get reminder texts. I'm safe in the knowledge that my eyes are being well looked after!

I've been going here for around 18 years. The staff are all great - from reception to the opticians. They're a bit old-school with note taking, but it means that each time you're seen they take the care to read them. They have always been very helpful if I've got a problem and will aim to sort any issues out as soon as possible.

Wilson Wilson & Hancock dispensed my very first pair of glasses, way back in 1974. I am still a very satisfied customer. The staff are very friendly. The opticians are very professional and thorough. I have been a contact lense wearer now for 30 years and the aftercare is excellent. The whole family now trust their eye care to WWH.
