I had a fantastic experience working with the attorneys at Hatch, James, and Dodge. Although being involved in litigation is never a fun or easy experience, I could not have had better counsel than I had with my lead attorney Mitch Stephens along with the support of Paul Cassell. Mitch and Paul not only are experts in the law, they also brought a level of sensitivity, personal care, and responsiveness that isn't common among lawyers. I cannot say enough good about Mitch and Paul. When my case was resolved, the outcome that was better than I could have hoped. I have had a couple consultations from 2 attorneys here Mitch Stephens and Justin James. I give them my top consideration. I had my first consultation with Mitch. Mitch does a lost of business litigation for Salt Lake City and other Utah businesses. He proved to be very knowledgeable and provided me with some great insights. Justin called me back for a follow up call. Justin gave me even more information and went deeper than any other attorney I spoke with on the matter. I am surprised at how much better this law firm is than others that I spoke with. I spoke to a few attorneys that really seemed to be money grabbing slime balls, you know the stereotypical attorney you think of. Well these guys are far from that. Very open and very honest. I really appreciate their knowledge. I also like that they are very good litigators. They seem to know a lot about estate litigation, which I will keep in mind for the future. Again thank you for the time in really going into my case in a consultation. I spoke with several law firms and these guys spent the most time helping me understand the issue, and the least amount of time trying to "sell me". That is the impression I got from other commercial business litigation lawyers around Utah.
