Do not believe any reviews that rave about this place! Overpriced, not well maintained, 2 shower/ bathrooms for entire park & they were not very clean. I have a van so can get into small space, but I felt like I was parked in the middle of town, stuck between 2 roads. Constant traffic in & out, did not feel very safe and then there was the train at 4 a.m. It is advertised as being within walking distance of downtown CorpusCristi, but nothing to see.

I had to dump before hitting the highway and these folks were the only ones that actually told me the truth.. and I was able to dump before I hit the road. Very nice folks
They left papers for late check in. Instructions for our assigned spot and wifi password. Forgot to give us the passcode for the bathroom. Fortunately one side was open. Our electric hook up for the camper wasn't working properly. They did replace the next day after we reported. No soap or paper towels in bathroom. The core we were given didn't work. TP was low when we got there. Non-existent the next day on the bathroom with the propped open door. Price was good.
