They buy the debt from large utility companies then hound you for payments, quickly adding large late payment charges to your account (this isn't the utility companies driving that, but themselves). Remember, when they contact you, they now own the debt you owe and not the utility company. If you think the bill is unfair, you'll need to contact the utility company and don't go via these type of companies.

An exceptionally unprofessional business that wasted a significant amount of time that could have been avoided by reviewing notes provided straight away rather than months later. Exceptionally rude throughout, poor communication skills and customer service. They did not adhere to the Credit Services Association code of conduct for which they are registered and I will be referring them. I would not recommend!
