On multiple occasions i would wait really long time listening to that god awful guitar playing for no one to pick up. In the end it would be quicker to call 111 and then talk with them to get referred to my local gp and then they would answer. THE MAIN reason for one star is for giving me a number to get an appointment that i have been waiting for about 3 months only to find out the number they gave me doesn't exist. There seems to be no responsibility. In a time like this GP should be more active not less active.

Really poor booking system. They ask that you call at 8:30 am to book an appointment but you are often on hold for anywhere between 30 min to an hour. When you eventually get through to someone, the slots for that day are usually filled. I would really like to see them offer advanced booking which allows people to plan their days better. It is such a shame because the receptionists and doctors are lovely.

The team at Burvill House has been excellent through out this pandemic, especially the nurses who attended to me over a 7 week period. They were relentless despite the pressures of working through such a difficult time.

My family have been with this practice over 25 years, yes there are some good drs at the practice but also some appalling ones don't expect to get serious medical conditions treated u might die first i nearly have, i find receptionist go above and beyond most of the time and very patient, its extremely difficult to get an appointment i've waited an hour before to be told all gone, and don't complain about a doctor either because they will just unregister u and leave u without medicine with a chronic health condition like they did to me and no dr, totally disgusting behaviour from a practice from a long standing patient, most of my medical treatments had to be private over the years as they failed to treat.
