Friendly staff, wearing masks too. The food looked nice, freshly prepared, though I didn't eat anything on this occasion. I had an almond milk latte which was very good indeed. No major complaints, other than the tables needing to be moved further apart to remain socially-distant. Fortunately, there was just enough room for us to move our chairs away from the nearest customers.

M Flat white notbad and a Croissant for 2.95 is a good deal. Croissant cold but ok. Shame the lady was cleaning all the chairs so the constant noise of her dragging the chairs along the floor ruined what would have been a relaxing coffee.

Food was awful and I mean awful. Bland, basic and overly priced for what it was. Not much left in selection and it was really difficult to understand the staff. Even basic provisions aren't handed to you, you need to go to the other side of the restaurant to get them. Avoid.

One star because I can't give it zero. Massively overpriced,tasteless. 1.50 for crisps. 2.25 for a can. 1cm of 1 rasher of bacon in my chicken and bacon panini. Sent it back to get the same plate back with bacon bits thrown on! Will not be coming back.

We were not impressed with the service. Initially the lady at till didn't want to serve coffee with our snacks even though there was still half an hour before they were closed. The manager then agreed to allow her to serve us coffees. All the hot foods were unavailable, I think maybe they were too keen to shut up before time. After 2 hours of solid shopping with 3 children in tow, i needed some coffee. Could have been a four star if they had kept the full menu on for another 15 minutes.
