Go!! Just go!! Ask for Joseph Hobbs. The last time I bought a car was ten years ago and I paid cash. I’ve never had a car payment before, I’m a single parent, and this was all very overwhelming for me. Joe Hobbs was in contact with me through out the week discussing payment options, cars, financing, etc. He was understanding of my unique situation, respectful of my needs, wants and “nopes”. He had me take the cars out and then worked through the pros and cons of each one with me. As soon as I sat in *THE* car, I knew it. He was patient as we worked through financing and communicative about options. He was funny, relatable, and made the process completely comfortable. I had my son with me and Joe talked with him about sports, schools, games, etc. I am the daughter of a salesman but salesy situations make me uncomfortable. Joe? Never made me feel pressured once. Why? Because they list NO HAGGLE prices. I left in happy tears because I was elated I was able to make this happen and I’m so grateful Joseph Hobbs was a part of this process.

Everyone was courteous and professional. Clean office without a lot of distractions and plenty of spaced out seating. The only reason for 4 stars is the amount of time i was waiting after signing final papers to get the car. They are a high volume dealer and I'm certain it was due to all of the other cars going out. Over all i would definitely come back for future vehicles.

Kyle was very kind and due to the pandemic we didn't want to go inside the building. He met us outside with the cars warmed up to try. And it was cold out. Said all the paperwork could be done outside also. At this time less exposure is better. Thanks Kyle. We did buy the car and they did all the paperwork outside. You guys are awesome. Thanks also to John who came out in the cold to do final paperwork.

My 22 year old daughter was buying her first car. We'd looked at inventory at other car dealerships both new and used. The experience at CarShop was excellent! The car my daughter needed was at another one of thier locations and they had it delivered to the location closest to our township. We were NEVER pressured to buy anything or rushed!! The process was so much easier and quicker than experiences I had in the past at other dealerships. It was also very evident that CarShop was diligent in keeping everything clean and sanitized!

CarShop was great! They were professional, quick, and made the whole process easy. They did not pressure me at all- they asked after the test drive if I wanted to come in and continue the process, asked if I wanted to run my credit after seeing initial numbers, and then after showing me the final numbers let me make a decision without the “hard sell”. They even beat my financing rate that I received on my own when I came back to complete the purchase (it was late on a Saturday and we decided to complete everything Monday). Overall, a great experience! And this coming from someone who has worked in the auto industry for 10 years and has been on both sides of the table. Thank you CarShop for a great experience!
