Quite rude woman, not an ounce of customer service. It was raining and would not let a lady put her bags in for shelter. We had some large bags of clothes and got nothing but moaning!!! Wow dreadful experience. Practically threw the money at us.

Don't actually take alot of the items it says on their website (mobile phones, bras, laundry basket) so most of what I took they wouldn't accept. The woman didn't speak very English so couldn't actually explain to me why they were refused
