Fairly disappointed, Davies guaranteed things they had no power to enforce and although they promised we were the only interested party/they would inform us if it looked like that would change, it turns out they moved forward with another potential tenant and didn't have the decency to inform us until I chased them up. Be careful who you are dealing with and just because it is in writing doesn't mean they will be true to their word.
