I wouldn't work for these if you want stability or loyalty. Terrible company, poor ethic and a lot of positive discrimination. Unreasonable requests seem to be the norm, Duty of care when it suits them, elements of sexism and so much more.

A slightly confused and somewhat unfair company that demonstrates no real loyalty to it's staff or client's, bullying behaviour, manipulation! I walked out on my break and refused to return!!

I had a non fault accident and was advised by my local garage to go with Dams as they would take of me from start to finish and that they did,from the helpful claims department who were so polite and helpful all the way through to the solicitors,yes there is paperwork but if you cooperate and supply what is needed straight away then it’s the easiest process ever,so glad I used them and not my own insurance. Will use them again in a heartbeat

I contacted this company to help with a claim and after given them all the details and circumstances of the claim they told me they can not help as it could be proven that it was my fault. This company then called the 3rd party told him the liability was mine and are using the information and witnesses i provided to help him with the claim. This is an absolute disgrace, this company is associated with a law firm called Armstorng Law. Stay Away
