We have been very satisfied and well-served customers for at least 10 years! Periodically we shop around to compare rates, and Hartzell Insurance always has the most competitive rates. And most importantly, our policy ALWAYS covers us - auto and home. In Dec. 2019, we received an email from Scott Hartzell who reminded us to check in to see what if any other ways we could save. So I emailed and within the day, received a phone call. Wow, whoever calls these days. Anyhow, Mr. Hartzell was able to offer an even better plan for us for both our car insurance and home insurance. We received a refund of almost 2,000 from our previous company, and are currently saving almost as much per year with our new insurance policy. We are thrilled! What a way to start the new year, after such a tough year in 2020. Thank you Mr. Hartzell and your outstanding staff professionals (esp Jason Conway with whom we work with most closely). I am an intense lawyer and my work focuses on insurance claims. I KNOW insurance. I've been a customer of Hartzell Insurance since 2000 and they are by far the best agency I've ever worked with. I own/insure several homes as well as a number of condominiums that I rent. I own and insure a 35 employee business and property, as well as a bunch of personal and commercial vehicles, all through Hartzell. They also provide me with excess coverage. My point is, my insurance needs are very varied and Hartzell is equipped to deal with all of them. They have always been great and with new tech they've added to streamline client communication, not to mention some great new employees, I would strongly recommend this agency that will give you solid, honest advice for virtually any insurance needs.
