Hi people.. Wot an amazin experience with arguably the most stylish reliable classy vehicles in the world. My wife bought a NX 2 years ago and she luves it so much she even washes it! B4 she would av never done that. Going to the dealership should av been paingul due to the pandemic but instead it wos the complete opposite. Were with Pravin 4 nearly 4 hours tossing between the UX and a CT200H. I luv the dealership and it is up there with Honda Letchworth. However Lexus is in a different league. I thoroughly recommend Lexus Hatfield. I felt as special as when i went to Breitlng Boutique in 2020. A massive thumbs up.

Completely recommend!! I wouldn't normally write a review, although this can not go unspoken about. My husband purchased his Lexus LC500 from Lexus Hatfield, we had the pleasure of dealing with Pravin throughout the purchase. Pravin went above and beyond with customer service to myself and my husband, the communication, care and contact throughout were outstanding from beginning to end. The best sales man we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We will definitely be returning for another purchase and also recommending to others.

My first sales experience with Lexus Hatfield, and it won't be my last! Although I live 100 miles away, I found my perfect specification used Lexus NX 300h Premier from their stock range. Having expressed interest in the vehicle on line, I received my very own personal presentation video of the car the following morning from Phil Cooper. Needless to say, within 3 weeks, following an unforeseen change of circumstance and a great deal of help from Phil, I collected my new car. And I could not be happier. The whole team at Hatfield could not do enough for me; Phil especially so, and I did not receive even the slightest hint of the usual hard sales tactics I'm used to getting during a car purchase - the exact opposite in fact. Nothing was ever too much trouble with friendly and courteous communication at all times. All in all, an extremely positive experience from start to finish. Indeed, the easiest and most relaxed significant purchase I have ever made!
