I have used Raine & Co for around 10 years to let Student Property. I am a professional Landlord. Maria is extremely knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for her and her team to deal with. As we all know, when things are going well, its easy. However Maria really comes into her own when there is an issue. Due to her extensive knowledge of the market and experience of lettings in general, Maria can always help. She is honest and reliable. I highly recommend Maria and Raine and Co.

I can highly recommend Raine and Co Hatfield for student lettings especially Maria and Vicki. They were really supportive during lockdown when I didn't know whether the Uni was re-opening. Always keeping me informed about my house share and even helping my group find a replacement tenant at the last minute. Very professional and just really nice people. Five stars *****
Dimmy at Raine and Co, though not our estate agent has been amazing. He has maintained contact throughout a chain of 5 houses from start to finish. His professionalism should be noted, he has helped relieve what could have been a very stressful process and went above and beyond his requirements helping us even though we were further up the chain and not the agent on our sale or respective purchase. Highly recommend.
Horrendous, impertinent, unprofessional staff at Hatfield office. There is no negative rating available else would have gone with it. They don't even deserve a star. I went for a house viewing which turned out to be most terrible experience of this year, COVID was the next bad experience of 2020. I had put an offer for the property after analysing the recently sold properties nearby, sales woman upfront declined the offer on phone, there was no formal communication done which all estate agents need to follow. I increased the offer further but that wasn't even shared with owner stating they have got the full authority from owner to decline the offer if it doesn't match the asking price and should look something which is within my budget. Agent wasn't willing to listen which is very rude on her part and does she has any idea of how much we earn or can afford? Answer is NO. Don't think this is how it works as all agents need to send written communication about offer acceptance/ rejection as per Estate agency regulation. There are certain rules that you need to follow if you are in Marketing industry, politeness is one of them. Unfortunately, they need training for the same. I would have easily matched the asking price and deal would have been closed if some well mannered, polite agent would have been available on hand.... as the property is well under my affordability. I would state that hire new agents or provide adequate training to existing staff so you build a customer for lifetime
