This is my local bank and I hope it stays in Hatfield. Unfortunately there not open Saturdays now which is a shame if you work in week. There always very helpful and kind.

It took some time to get an appointment, but the associate there was really nice and explained all details about a new account. However, the cashiers are not patient. Unfortunately they have closed their branch which was inside University of Hertfordshire.
