Worst Specsavers branch.. I always got my glasses from Specsavers until my last visit to Specsavers Hatfield. Maryam Penny served me. Poor customer service. Got my glasses from boots in the end.

I have had my fair share of issues with Various Spec Savers at different locations and costing me, over the years. expecting a battle on my hands I visited Spec Savers in Hatfield back in August to purchase new glasses. and then 2 weeks ago had an issue with my glasses and expected a battle, the told me they ordered new lenses for me and i popped into today expecting to wait while the replace the lenses and expecting to pay, I was handed a brand new set of glasses. Totally amazing service

In October had an eye test, was told I needed 3 sets of glasses or bi focs and computer glasses. I opted to go for 1 pair of bi focs and 1 computer glasses. Paid over 308.00 as one pair free! The bi focs are great but the computer glasses are awful. My vision is blurred and worse than I was using just basic reading glasses. Have to use the bi focs for computer as wel. Feel as I if I was conned. Will not use again, at that price, they need to get things spot on.

Recently booked an eye test because of infrequent floaters and attended the test, bare in mind I have had a oval left eye from birth, so, out of focus and this will not change. I have had my own prescription glasses for about 5 years with a left clear lense and wished any new prescription lenses to be fitted to these. the test recommended that they could supply a new stronger left lense that wouls help me. this one agreed and paid for and took three weeks, luckily I chose to keep my glasses and not leave them there as suggested. When I collected them and took home (they are for reading) I was appalled to find that now my vision when reading or looking at the pc was Trapezoidal and caused a feeling of nausea within sconds, there would be no way i could adjust to these as suggested. I returned the glasses and they fitted a much less stronger prescription to the left lense and whilst better, they are still uncomfotable to use. They did not give me a prescription card for these and stated they would send in the post, that was 3 weeks ago and still no card recieved. I have been patient as i would need the prescription to order for myself a nerw clear left lense for my glasses and would also need the lense shape. I feel that I have SOLD! as would suggest anyone wanting to use there services also get a second opinion, wish I did. Thank you.
