One of the worst stores I’ve ever been to, needed to refund a pair of boxers because the wrong set was in there to what was labelled(even though the packaging was pre sealed) and they said they can’t refund due to COVID-19. Which I understand but the fact that I haven’t worn them and the guy at the till was touching the packaging too I’m somewhat sceptical about the concerns they have. The manager came to assist and when I asked what to do now he said ‘I’ll be blunt with you mate I don’t know’-what a response. Never going back here again and only order online from now on as the staff are completely useless- and some don’t even wear masks :(.
Extremely slow. The girls at the till had no rush whatsoever. They seemed oblivious to the long queue of people waiting for them to do a refund that required 20 minutes... then when I got to pay for my product, she started spraying the shoes that the previous customer brought back! I had to say: excuse me, can you take the money because I have to go... in that moment she suddenly woke up from her trance and apologised for the delay. Unbelievable!
A good selection of sportswear at reasonable prices. However you have to be careful to pick up the right size as more often than not they are not displayed correctly. Customer service is a challenging experience and prepare to wait for a considerable time for service in the shoe section.
The payment desk was very slow, but the clothes etc were fine. The sales staff were good and knew the stock.
I dont write reviews but I felt like I had too Very poor service very very poor customer service by manager I had issue for returning and swapping for different size due to covid19 pandemic I wasn't able to make to store with in 28days the girl at the till said she cant I said can you get the manger asked over the walkie talkie straight no I said I dont want refund you can sell them easily i just want diffrent side no cant do any thing No sorry no apologies just straight no you cant I mean i kno it wont make much diffrent but i used sport direct alot but wont spend my money sport direct Pets at home On other hand I lost the recpite brought something for cat 45 from pets at home I rang them and told them would be ok to get refund but I lost recpite through pandemic they said as long as it's in package pop over Went there they refunded me straightway and said we can sell it on bravo Sport direct please learn something about cutomer service
Staff are very rude, no one is interested to tell where the things are,Such a rude staff I never saw this kind of rude staff anywhere in UK. It's really bad on sports direct for letting these kind of staff on customers with out giving any training how to deal with customers. I would say please have some courtesy and patience with customers.
