AVOID. Three of us came in because the hats looked interesting and nice, tried on a few hats with possible interest to buy. At one point the saleswoman came storming over, snatched the hat off my head aggressively as well as the one off my friend's head and began yelling and insulting us. Seriously shocking treatment of customers. Stay away.

Cute store but the store manager was not very hospitable towards me. She snatched a hat out of my hand for no reason and that was my note to leave.

Nice hats but to be honest I didn't have much time to check the store out properly. Their staff is rude and racist. I have never seen anything like it before. Their attitude is unacceptable.

A nice shop with lots of great hats but terrible staff. Shocked to see the reviews here confirm this wasn't a one off thing. It's in a tourist centre, and not everyone knows how to handle these expensive hats. My tip to the store: have a sign with clear picture instructions of how to handle the hats rather than shout, snatch and be rude to customers. She warmed up once we bought hats but I really regret supporting such a poorly run store.

Rudest woman attending a shop EVER. I was wearing a ponytail to try hats on and she came to me, removed the hat aggressively and touched my hair VERY RUDELY as well. I mean, maybe not the best to try them on, but manners, please. Incredible.

I thought a nice looking shop when coming in but the second I touched one of the hats, a sales attendant came rushing and muttering. He told me off in an unbelievably rude and offending way that I can touch only to the corners of a hat not from the top. I was so taken aback, I said okay sorry and put the hat back instantly. But he continued bragging about it and when I said, he should have put a sign at least so that people know they shouldn't supposed to touch, he said if I don't know how to hold a 'Panama Hat' then I shouldn't have touch it let alone have it. I was so offended by this and reminded him to have some nice manners to a customer and then he yelled at me 'go to your own town' while I was already at the door, leaving. I don't remember I have been insulted this much when traveling abroad.

Nice hats if money is no concern.
