Drivers who have a breakdown are also forced to let the vehicle be towed to the company's own vehicle repair shop, even if it is much further away than others. What then follows can be read here in the comments. - Unbelievable, refusing on the phone to name the costs of towing! When we asked, they simply hung up. - Employees left us in an emergency situation on the motorway because we wanted to know the price in advance. Koopmann motor vehicles have a monopoly in this region, i.e. automobile clubs sadly refer to this supplier. We have submitted a complaint.

We have been lied and robbed in this establishment. Our truck Brock in the road in the way from Germany to Spain. We asked for help and the mechanics have lied about the problem our truck had and made us buy a new gear box when that was not the problem. They had our truck driver waiting for 9 days paying hotels and food costing a great amount of money and problems to our business. Communication with them was imposible. We asked a million times but they never gave us a closed cost till the last day where they said one amount of money, but then mysteriously changed it robbing us even more money. Thieves, rude and really disgusting people. Hope they find themselves needing help and get mugged as we did.

Nie oceniam w tym przypadku pracowników pomocy drogowej ani mechaników. Oceniam auto zastępcze które mi wydano!!! Tragedia i nędza!! Brakowało tylko, no w sumie po głębszym namyśle to niczego nie brakowało!!

Nach meine Erfahrung. RICHTIG SCHLECHT Die Mitarbeiter geht ja gar nicht, unprofessionell, können keine Kritik vertragen und Ihre Fehler ansehen. Die haben uns abgeschleppt (super schnell), und das Auto durch geschaut, und einfach vergessen Teile zurück zu schrauben. Schlechter Werkstatt

Grundsätzlich müsste man die Bewertung und zwei Teile spalten. Zu einem ist da der Abschleppdienst und zu anderen die angeschlossene Werkstatt. Der Abschleppdienst ist schnell und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dies trifft grundsätzlich zwar auch auf die Werkstatt zu, aber den Fehler im Wagen haben sie nicht gefunden, was mit der Aussage, dass man mit Motorsteuerungen nicht so viel zu tun habe, quittiert wurde. Der Werkstatt, in die er anschließend geschleppt wurde, gelang dies immerhin direkt an einem Vormittag. Also Abschleppdienst ja, Werkstatt eher nein.
