I've reported your business for not wearing masks. Loyal customers lost. I'm sorry to have to do this but I've reported your business for not wearing masks. I've been in there multiple times the past few months where no one has worn them. I went in today and there were multiple people around the counter talking and laughing with again, no one wearing a mask. It's one thing to enforce customers to wear them because people are making things political but businesses are required to. It's disturbing that you're not concerned about your customers safety or health when the owner and employees are always so kind and considerate. I've reported this information along with video footage to the health department, the Covid hotline and local law enforcement. You should really have more consideration for your customers health. After years of great service with you all I will no longer be shopping there. I've also considered taking this information to the media. Please see attachment regarding the mask mandate and watch the news to see how many people are dying. My mother was a customer there. She recently passed from covid. Do better. Sincerely, A once loyal customer.
