I dont know if it was miscommunication or just blatant disregard, but my fiance is home crying because of the burns covering her whole body, specifically her back. It was supposed to be 10 minutes total but the lady who assisted her set it for 20. I dont know how it works, considering I've never gone to a tanning salon before, but I'm sure if someone comes in with skin as white as paper, you dont set them up for 20 minutes and let them roast. Needless to say, she will not be returning.
