Eine völlig chaotische Versandabteilung macht dem Kunden das Leben schwer. Firma verwechselt Liefer- und Rechnungsadresse (gleich drei mal). Die Lieferung erfolgte unvollständig dann wieder doppelt. Für die Lieferspesen wird dem Kunden noch viel Laufarbeit zugemutet.
