Andrew at All About Ashes listened to exactly what we were looking for and made us a little piece of heaven to keep our daughters ashes safe forever. His replies to my messages were quick and efficient and he explained everything to me, nothing was to much trouble we cannot thank him and his family enough. We absolutely love it, and hope god blesses them with plenty of kindness for their generosity. It's just what we were looking forand of great quality. Thank you again.

I had been looking for ages for a Casket for my Dads Ashes, but nothing came anywhere close. Then on what would of been his Birthday I looked again and found just what I knew my Dad would of approved of. A Tank Casket, my Dad was a Tank Engineer during WWII, I bought it immediately, Andrew emailed me soon after, from start to finish Andrew kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I was happy with it. It arrived and I was absolutely blown away by it, it's also bigger than I thought so after I transferred Dads Ashes we were able to add something small from each Family member before we sealed it up. It's a real talking point whenever anyone visits. I am so very happy with it, I know Dad would be too. I am so glad I waited because it was EXACTLY what I wanted and more. 5* Service 5*Workmanship 5*Customer Service Thank you so much Andrew x

Words are not enough to describe how unbelievably happy our family is, not just with the personalised design that Andy created in memory of my dad, but the outstanding customer service we received throughout the whole process. Andy knew exactly what we wanted just from a short description and gave us other ideas using his experience to enhance the design, which they absolutely did!!!! All I can say is thank you. I Ordered a Heavenly Doves Scatter Tube after seeing a picture of one on their website. Andy suggested having the sky in a beautiful ‘golden’ colour instead of the traditional blue and what an amazing suggestion it was. The tube is beautiful and now sits pride of place at home. Ordering process was easy and the responses from Andy were quick. The tube turned up earlier than I expected and very well packaged. I really appreciated the little instruction note on how to put the ashes in the tube... it was easy to follow which I was greatful for... as this was something I was worrying about. Great product, great service and great price. Thanks Andy... it is so nice to have grandad with me, in something that is so lovely to look at. THANK YOU

We ordered a beautiful scatter tube for my Nan from all about ashes and we couldn’t believe how perfect it was. We wanted multicoloured butterflies and we indeed got exactly that.
