Nice station, but after a long wait to purchase my ticket, no help was given to me as to what platform i caught my train from, resulting in me having to wait a whole hour for the next train, not impressed as i wasn't even told i had to change trains to get to my destination! This was my first experience at catching trains opposed to driving, and next time driving is what i will be doing, as i lost so much time over this mix up, that by time i got to Salisbury, it was almost time to come home, waste of money!

I would give it a 0 if I could. They closed the north carpark to work on it at the Station, however the idiots then decided it is a good idea to restrict the south carpark to season ticket holders only with normal commuters only being able to purchase a carpark ticket after 9:30 am (bare in mind the car park was practically empty at 6:40 am today).... All the other carparks closeby at the south side of the station is restricted to 4 hours parking only.... Thanks to you I will be late for an important meeting with a client in London today.
