In 2014 when my dad was not well with cancer, the careers done an amazing job looking after him. They came every day without fail and made him feel comfortable and listened too. The careers also helped offer my mum a lot of support through out the last few months of his life. They always went above and beyond for my dad in his darkest days. Thank you.

I've worked for BScare for 4 years and I love my job. The carers are supportive and compassionate and the office staff are friendly and supportive. I am rewarded everyday within my role and feel I am very much supported by management I love being in the care industry and BScare have supported me on my career journey.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE They allowed a member of their staff to use my 75 year old mothers debit card who has dementia, and allow them to take 80 out of an ATM and to go to Asda and pay for a 299 tv using her card a PIN number! When I called the manger to advise them of the situation she advised me she would deal with it when I called back hours later for an update she told me the member of staff was still doing her round!!! When I advised this was gross misconduct she should not be allowed to work until this was investigated. I was told not to tell her how to do her job, and and that I was being rude and she would end the call. I HAVE CALLED THE POLICE They are investigating
Bscare support my fathers care. The carers are compassionate and professional and seem to really enjoy their job. The office staff are friendly and communicate with myself and my father allowing me to have the reassurance that my father is well looked after so i dont have to worry and we can have quality time together as a family knowing that BSCare have all aspects of his care needs in hand . I would recommend BSCare as a compassionate caring service . Thank you BSCare
