Appreciate the different opening times because of covid but what about people that work all week, full time and can't get to the bank. Not even open on a Saturday for a few hours. Very unhelpful.

The staff are all ways very helpful, we like it because we can still get a statement printed out and most banks have stopped it .
Pleasant experience every visit.
What a difference a few months make. Until yesterday I have always had excellent customer service! I was told to go home and go online. That's fine I'm looking for another bank.
