The staff at Beals were tremendously effective and considerate throughout my time using them to find my new home. James applied for my mortgage and when a slight issue arose with the sellers of the property, James was extremely proactive and chased the client immediately and resolved the issue, keeping me informed at all times. Alex has been true to his word and has worked around the clock to ensure that I am well informed of how my purchase was advancing and if there were any questions I had I always felt like I could ask Alex and get a prompt, informative and honest response.All the staff at Beals could not have been more helpful or polite. I always felt safe in their hands which is a quality that I cannot praise them highly enough for.

I am not generally the sort of person who writes reviews but i feel in the case of Beals it was needed. Beals are by far the most skilled, pleasant and accommodating letting agency i have ever dealt with. From the start they were warm, friendly and prompt with all the paper work. Recently the property we rent suffered severe storm damage and we were without a home for a few weeks while repair work was performed.
Received an excellent service from James and the team at Havant, they have been wonderful. We asked Beal's to find us a tenant, who was one of the best tenants we have ever had! They do everything; market appraisal, photographs, advertising, viewings, checks. Friendly welcome, professional service and very good communication.
