Only giving 1 star as can't give 0. Ordered and paid for a product 10 days later product had not even been dispatched. I emailed and was told the product was out of stock and I had been refunded. No refund was sent. I am now trying to claim the money via via my bank. Don't use this company they are dodgy. I suspect the other 5 star reviews have been paid for done by themselves.

I'm located in the US. I bought from treatyourskin.com 4x within the last year. The company is realiable, the products are legit, and the price is fair. I received my products in perfect condition. They always wrap it up in bubble wraps and uses a simple layer box to ship the order. It's not the packaging that I'm used to see here in the US, but (hey!) the main thing is that it works and my products were intact, perfect. I feel bad for people who had a bad experiences and bc of it are bashing the company credibility. Mistakes and accidents happen. Well ,storiesh all stories has two sides and I'm here to tell mine. No, i'm not receiving any money to write it. I just don't want that treatyourskin.com closes its operation in this tough time that we are going through (Corona) because of a few controversies. I want to keep buying from them bc of quality, price, customer service,and fast shipping to US (average 10 days, last time 7 days!). So, if want to be safe just place a small order. But they are legit!
