I have been using car phone for a number of years for multiple products. Always have a great customer experience find the staff more than helpful which is great for the technophobe I am. Recently I was helped in a new phone upgrade in which I wanted to also change provider. The staff member who helped me was professional and gave great non boast advice on different phones and helped me choose a network where I got the best deal. Spent time explaining all the different benefits and we cut my monthly bill greatly by cutting my data as he showed me how much on average I use. Would highly recommend. Well done carphone

Had a good visit to this store today, very helpful and friendly staff. Knew their products and they were easily able to help me out with a phone upgrade. I needed the transaction to be done during my lunch break- which was no problem for them, seen to quickly and easily and back in time for work! Would definitely recommend to others, and return myself.
Terrible customer service. Arrogant and condescending staff. Waited an excessive amount of time to be served. Then spoken to badly. Don't bother with this store even if your desperate. Sales assistant serving 1 customer while the other looked on and still didn't serve me after i asked if he could grab my requested item. Absolutely bloody useless. O2 and 3 nearby or better still shop online avoid this store and staff.
Great staff stayed late to help me and my partner get a new phone. Made a great suggestion and couldn't be happier with the new phone i got. Shout out to Chris

Fantastic staff in a very organized store! Nice store to browse around, and the staff leave you alone to choose which phone you are interested in, then explain in great depth the details of your particular choice, very knowledgeable, helping you make the right choice, and their after sales is excellent also, as after previously purchasing a phone from another branch of this company, one member of staff helped me in getting the relevant receipts and warranty for a phone brought elsewhere, fantastic service and the best Carphone Warehouse store i have been into so far!
