A*** Fantastic Experience All Round. I came across an item on eBay which was being sold by this branch of Cash Converters. I made contact with them to ask them some questions and they couldn't have been more helpful. When they didn't know something, they were honest and told me so. After a brief conversation, I went ahead and made a purchase whilst feeling secure in doing so. The item I purchased was almost 40 years old and the staff told me that if I had any issue, they would find a resolution to suit everyone. Delivery was quick and the item was exactly as displayed. Whilst I did run into a couple of issues with my purchase, (this relates to the mechanical workings of the item), Dave and Paul were able to reach a sensible and fair resolution with me which I was very pleased with. Due to this experience, I am going to add this store to my ebay followed sellers because the customer service was second to none. I hope to do business with you again in the future. Well done :-)

We've been shopping in this particular store for years as it's the only place we will buy used electrical items from knowing they will be safe. Everything we've bought has been perfect, we've had consoles, games, phones, jewellery and numerous laptops over the years. The staff are always professional and helpful, they price items very well in the store. Will continue to purchase here

A great 2nd hand shop with a variety of different stock, jewellery and watches. Good prices offered on items that are for sale. Clean and tidy store, with friendly staff. Different services offered in store from selling and buying, to pawnbroking and buyback.
