Just realised this incredible place has a Google page, I haven’t been there in a couple of years or so but i used to visit very often. And wether I was buying a big collection of box sets or just grabbing a few things from the lil 10p (I believe, tho it was a few years back so it might have been 50p XD) bargain case they’d have under the telly, you’d always be treated as a customer. I dunno what kind of experiences other people have had there, for some of them to give 1 star, but it was always very pleasant for me personally. I might pay a visit again when everything happening RN hopefully dies down. Stay safe everyone :)

One of the smaller stores, everything I've got from here has worked, wheelchair accessible shop with enough room for wheelchair to get around the shelves, I got my beats 2nd hand from here for 80 which I thought was quite reasonable and with a year guarantee

Very disappointing experience here today. I am aware that we are in extraordinary times but I feel that the staff here have made precious little effort to keep customers informed of their policies. The tiny poster in the window to say only 6 people in the store at any time is ridiculous and the only way to see if you can go in is to actually go in to count the customers yourself as staff were too busy to let you know, that's if they could even see you were waiting as we were told to wait around the corner of the door when we first tried to go in (having missed the aforementioned poster) where we could not see the tills and therefore could not be seen by the staff. Also, if we are expected to clean all items we wish to sell/exchange before we get to the till then a sign to say that should be displayed where it can be easily seen as my partner waited 15 minutes in the queue only to be told to go back and clean the games we were trading in before having to get in the queue again! I fail to see the logic behind this cleaning anyway, as only the outside case has been cleaned and I for one definitely handled the disc inside as did your member of staff and that had not been cleaned! All in all a very bad experience that I hope I will not have to repeat as I had always been impressed with the staff in the Ramsgate branch before we moved.
