Just to make everyone aware of this company. I carried out a recovery for this company collecting a vehicle from an ex employee. I collected and delivered the vehicle as requested. The job was booked in through a transport site. On this site it clearly states my Terms and Conditions which are all payments are to be made in cash on delivery and vehicle will not be unloaded until full payment is cleared. On this occasion I decided to unload the vehicle prior to collecting payment as at first it looked like a trustworthy company. However, was vehicle was delivered I was handed a sealed envelope with my payment. I’m here should have been 230 but instead it was 30 short. When I brought this up with the security guard who handed me the payment he contacted his manager (Nicki - the person who booked in this job) who replied “let the driver know we’ll sort it out tomorrow or something”. Well sorry that goes against my terms and conditions that you agreed to when accepting my quote. You have then further gone on to put your own staff member is a uncomfortable position in which he was forced to pay me the remaining balance from his personal account to prevent me taking the vehicle back to my base. I also find it disgraceful that you’ve tried to use one of your staff members to play a dirty trick - this is not how business is done. And finally you’ve had the cheek to leave me a negative feedback on my profile so I’m just returning the favour here and letting everyone know exactly the experience I’ve had dealing with yourselves.
