Why run a delivery company when you can't be bothered to deliver. Two supposed attempts to deliver my package this time. " Undelivered " both times with pictures of 2 properties nowhere near mine !!!! Maybe DPD should invest in some Satellite Navigation for their drivers. I would not recommend this Company in a month of Sundays. NO PHONE NUMBER available to complain

I was watching my courier ANTONIO on the tracker for hours counting down the drops until it was my drop. He pulled up outside and never even attempted to ring my door number and told me I wasn’t home. This happens every time. Worst delivery company going! Would not recommend

been using dpd for a few yrs now as a business and have always had a good service as driver can be tracked so i always know when my parcels have been delivered.

My parcel from IKEA was delivered to the wrong address. I tried to inform dpd of the error but their website doesn't work correctly and there is no means to contact them directly despite the "contact us" option (it goes nowhere useful) Clearly they don't want customers to contact them. Luckily I realised where the parcel was left and managed to retrieve myself. There was no chance DPD would do it for me! I strongly recommend IKEA To find another delivery service.

Very disappointed today the driver failed to try any of my neighbours or the safe place Then when I speak to the help line they argue the driver has followed all the procedures. The parcel was meant to arrive yesterday and now won't arrive till tomorrow. What's the point of getting the app and inputting all the info for it to be ignored. Then have some phone operator (John) tell you they will deliver it tomorrow to the safe place. why wasn't it put there today The phone operator (John) seems to think that putting parcels in the safe place is not part of the procedure. Rude & inaccurate. Up until today I have been very impressed with DPD but sadly they have changed that view and damaged there reputation with me in one delivery
