I love F Hinds. The sparkle always makes me stop and look and I always find something I really like. The staff are always so friendly and willing to help with good advice. I recently treated myself to a beautiful diamond ring that was in the sale. I have big hands so they had to order me one in and it came so quickly I was really impressed. A gentleman called me on my mobile to let me know my ring was in the shop and I went down straight away to collect it. The assistant greeted me instantly and got my ring which I absolutely adore. F Hinds always give a personal service with quality goods guaranteed every time and at fantastic prices. I'm sure I'll be back there again soon :) Highly recommend.

Had a great experience all round with F Hinds in Havant due to the high level of their customer service. Phoned them with a query over payment methods and received a quick call back that fully answered my question. We ordered two items, and received emails advising about a possible issue with availability on one and, less than a week after placing the order, a phone call to say the other was ready to be picked up.
