Fantastic Customer Service I visited the Halfords Store in Havant to get my headlight bulbs replaced. I received an excellent level of service from both Louie and Luke and was happy with the work they carried out. All the staff in the store were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and keen to provide an exceptional service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was able to order everything I needed online, including fitting, and everything was ready to collect within the hour. When I arrived to collect my items, they were ready at the desk and were all fitted promptly. The website was easy to navigate, the price for all goods and fitting was reasonable and all of the staff were helpful and polite. I will definitely use this service again, in the future and recommend to family and friends. Many thanks to the team at Halfords Havant! :o)

Staff are helpful although their knowledge is fairly limited in some area's. They do try to help as much as possible, stock if fairly generic for these stores but a pretty good selection all the same. If they haven't got what you need then they will try and order it in for you.

Was looking for a bike for my Son's birthday so decided to pop into Halfords. There was not huge selection but was promptly informed to take a look online and order from there. Plenty of information was provided by the shop assistant and soon I had ordered a bike and arranged pick up from the shop in two weeks time. Several e-mails and phone calls kept me up to date on the progress of my order. Pick up was sharpe with some final checks of the bike before I left. Great overall service.

Fantastic service at Halfords this morning for a new headlight blub for my car. Served straight away and the whole process from entering the shop to leaving only took 5 minutes with fast polite and knowledgeable service. I was well impressed hence review. I normally don't bother reviewing things but sometimes it's worth telling people about it.
