Something is not right in this post office .last week I went there to post my car licence to change the address on it for first class signed.elderly lady charged me 0.85p.today my sister went here .she was posting the same letter for the address changed on car licence and same lady she charged her 6.00 a.i don't believe how this is possible to charging extra money for the same post.

Gone down since moving to Market Parade. Did recorded delivery on item there last week. Royal tracking still saying it's at Havant Post Office. Total disgrace.
Opening hours definitely to be taken with a pinch of salt! Told by woman would 'be at least 9am before they open'.... Need to update their website then..!

New post office, new employees, slow and still closing before they’re meant to. At the time of posting this review the first time, 6 months ago, I had came at 5pm. Post office national website at that time 6 months ago said 5:30 pm close (not sure why this post office replied that Google times were wrong, it’s the post office website times that were not being adhered to). Already shuttered down at 5 pm, when I came at that time. Current closing time is now 5:15 pm according to post office website and Google maps, but the post office was shuttered before 5 pm at the time. I will update if I find they’re closed before 5:15 pm again. Update: I’ve edited my review several times to be very clear that they were advertising as closing at 5:30 on postoffice.co.uk 6 months ago after moving, but they are still accusing me of looking at the wrong place for times. The fact is, they were not opening at the correct time, and they weren’t at around Christmas time either, and neither were they advertising or making clear their amended hours!

Posted 4 postcards with the correct international stamps to France (Europe) on 20th October 2019 from Market Place letterbox in Havant. First one just arrived today, 12th November 2019. What happened? Is this a joke?
