We was greeted by one of the rudest staff members I think I’ve ever meet at a business place. We had got to the car park out the front of the warehouse and followed the sign to reception we had clocked the sign on the door regarding Covid rules no masks no entry due to Covid ect. Our masks were already on due to taking the Covid virus seriously. No staff were at the front of the warehouse upon arrival although clearly open around 1:10pm So we tried reception door bell (no answer) Waited . The door was unlocked I opened the door Politely said “hello?“ two steps in side (masks on still) And was greeted by “Can you not read the sign” in which I had replied “excuse me” the member of staff who’s name I didn’t catch as I was not given the time of day replied “did you not read the sign or can you not READ AT ALL” . We had missed a small low level sign explaining appointments only in which case I can only apologise for however I don’t believe the way we was spoken to was appropriate. The men that were at the front of the warehouse as we abruptly left however were happy to help i must say. Although I wasn’t impressed after what Had happened and will take my business else where.
