Booked and paid a 25 refundable deposit for a mum and son photo shoot for 18th Feb, got an email from them 10 days before shoot to remind me what I needed to bring with me, then 5 days before we were due to have the shoot I received an email informing me that they had ceased trading on 4th Feb! Now I know 25 isn't a lot to some but I think they should refund it! Absolutely shocking!!

Booked a photo shoot and now 2 months later and jagrall closing down without any notice we are out of pocket and highly disappointed that we never got our photo that was promised and also our deposit. I'm sure they will start up again under a different name.
Had a family photoshoot done, and any nerves by some members were very quickly settled by the friendly staff when we turned up. Photographer was great, and the pictures we now have in our home are fantastic. The whole process was very professional, and would fully recommend.
