I have used Jetlink in the past and I have never been disappointed. So glad to say after my most recent trip I'm still not disappointed and would like to send a big thanks to our driver George , who got to us on time to bring us home after a long flight, even though he had to cue on the motorway because of an accident. What can I say? I was taken to a funeral in London yesterday, jonut, the driver, waited an hour for me then took me to the wake and waited three hours again and brought me safely home. The service was exemplary and without Jetlink and Jonut as an eighty year old I wouldn’t have been able to make the funeral of my sister. Thank you once again
Didn't turn up for the return journey so we were stranded at the airport. Charged me for it then refunded me when I called but I would have expected a bit more than that. They just about managed an apology and offered no explanation why it happened and no reassurance it wouldn't happen again. Disappointed as I used them before and would have continued using them had their attitude been different.
Been using Jetlink for a while and always had a great service until my latest holiday. Trip to airport was great but then we returned... landed at 05.05am after an 8 hour flight on time, no driver amongst the miriad of other drivers awaiting their pick-ups. Texted the driver at 5.35 telling him where we were then rang him at 5.45 to see where he was. He wasnt even at the airport as was on route to the other terminal with a drop off, said he would be there to pick us up at 6.30 and I said we would walk out to meet him so no need to park up. We waited outside and he finally walked up after parking in the carpark (!) at 6.45am. The driver was Richard and funnily enough I do not want to use him again as he couldnt even be bothered to ring me to let me know just how late he was.
Excellent reliable service would definitely recommend to anyone needing an airport taxi services
