My first experience ordering from @DeLonghiUK and this is what i have received. Ordered milk jug for my machine. Item comes with old dusty box and after unpacking it found out clean button missing! What a joke. Is this for real? Worst experience ever received from such a brand! EDIT: I have spent half hour on the phone waiting to be connected! Now I have to wait again for somebody coming to pick this item up and when this arrives to your warehouse then new item will be shipped out? This means for me other 2 weeks waiting for who? Paid extra delivery for nothing!!! There isn't excuse for a shipping ages old item with missing button. Customer support promised send me information about my return to my email. Haven't received anything. So I can only imagine what a mess must be your company.

Rubbish service. Appalling service I agree. Have sent 10 messages through webchat on the web site - it keeps telling me something is wrong. Phoned the number on the web site - but it's a Curry's number; They put me through to someone else - also a Curry's number - who then gave me another number, for Curry's repairs. They then gave me another number, which I rang, but says to use the web site and web chat. Going round in circles trying to sort my food processor which I've only had for 3 months and used 4 times. And why do they give a number for Curry's? What't the point of that? I didn't buy my food processor from Curry's. No number or contact details on instruction booklet either. Don't buy anything from this lot. Interestingly you can only post a review if you press a star rating - and I don't want to give them any stars.

Terrible customer service. Bought a kettle online and when delivered it was faulty. Trying to return it is a nightmare! Would never buy direct from them again!
